UME is thrilled to share that we are now certified as a Minority Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) by The NYC Department of Small Business Services! This is a really exciting moment for us at UME. There are so few women owned, or even women-led, creative agencies in North America. About 5-11% of creative director positions are held by women. But less than 1% are owned by women.
UME’s mission is to partner with innovators who are making our systems more inclusive and equitable — and we are humbled to be officially counted as one of them.
